I like this because the sides of the trailer are low enough that I can drop logs in, and high enough to keep the logs in.
I've been loading the small logs onto a small Strautmann trailer, with sides, but only 'one level' of sides (not the two or three you can upgrade to). Then I cut up the trees, and I end up with some large logs (too heavy to pick up by hand) and some small logs.
I've been cutting down trees on my land with a chainsaw.
